These Terms & Conditions describe the rules for using the Brama Audio website and purchasing Brama Audio products.

Website use

You may use this website to learn about Brama Audio products, access support information, read legal documents, begin checkout, and download Brama Dock.

Purchases

Product purchases are completed on Dodo Payments' secure hosted checkout. Prices are shown in EUR and include applicable taxes. Brama Audio creates the checkout session, but payment details are entered on Dodo Payments' website and processed by Dodo Payments.

Licence delivery and installation

One DERIVA licence is delivered by email after a completed purchase. It can be active on up to two devices at once. Brama Dock is the official tool for activating the licence, installing the selected plugin formats, receiving updates, and deactivating either device to free an activation. The Dodo Payments portal remains available for order history and receipts.

Refunds

Refunds are not available after license access or activation. If you experience a technical issue, contact support@bramaaudio.com.

Intellectual property

Brama Audio owns the website content, branding, product names, product interface materials, and software unless otherwise stated. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the software or brand materials.
