These Terms & Conditions describe the rules for using the Brama Audio website and purchasing Brama Audio products.

Website use

You may use this website to learn about Brama Audio products, access support information, read legal documents, begin checkout, and download Brama Dock.

Purchases

Product purchases are completed on Dodo Payments' secure hosted checkout. Prices are shown in EUR and include applicable taxes. Brama Audio creates the checkout session, but payment details are entered on Dodo Payments' website and processed by Dodo Payments.

Licence delivery and installation

One DERIVA licence is delivered by email after a completed purchase. It can be active on up to two devices at once. Brama Dock is the official tool for activating the licence, installing the selected plugin formats, receiving updates, and deactivating the current computer. The Dodo Payments customer portal lets you view licences, orders, and receipts and deactivate any active device, including one you no longer have.

Refunds

We do not offer a voluntary money-back guarantee. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Before payment, we ask for your express consent to immediate supply of DERIVA and acknowledgement of losing the withdrawal right. That right ends when supply begins only if the legal requirements, including the required confirmation, are met. Rights concerning non-supply or non-conforming content remain unaffected.

Where the withdrawal right remains, EU consumers generally have 14 days from the conclusion of the purchase contract to exercise it without giving a reason. Our free 30-day trial is separate from these statutory rights.

For refund or withdrawal requests, contact Dodo Payments at support@dodopayments.com. Include enough information to identify the purchase, such as the purchase email or order number, if available. Dodo Payments processes refunds as Merchant of Record.

Intellectual property

Brama Audio owns the website content, branding, product names, product interface materials, and software unless otherwise stated. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the software or brand materials.

Limitations

The website and products are provided without a promise that they will meet every specific workflow, system, host, or creative use case. Do not rely on unverified compatibility claims.
