What formats are included with DERIVA?

DERIVA includes AU and VST3 on macOS, and VST3 on Windows.

How do I install DERIVA?

Install Brama Dock, add the licence key delivered after purchase, and choose Install beside DERIVA.

How does licensing work?

One DERIVA licence can be active on up to two devices. Use Brama Dock on the current computer, or the Dodo Payments customer portal to view and deactivate any active device, including one you no longer have.

What is the refund policy?

We do not offer a voluntary money-back guarantee. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Does DERIVA need an internet connection?

Brama Dock uses internet access for activation, validation, installation, and update checks. After validation, DERIVA continues to work during its signed offline period.

How do updates work?

Brama Dock checks for new DERIVA versions and offers the update in the app. Downloads are verified before installation.
