What formats are included with DERIVA?

DERIVA includes AU and VST3 on macOS, and VST3 on Windows.

How do I access my installer?

DERIVA installers are published publicly at DERIVA Downloads. The customer portal is used for license access and management.

How does licensing work?

One DERIVA license is delivered after purchase. Use the customer portal to access and manage your license.

What is the refund policy?

Refunds are not available after license access or activation.

Does DERIVA need an internet connection?

DERIVA uses internet access for license activation, validation, update checks and external links. After validation, offline use can continue during the plugin's offline grace period.

How do updates work?

DERIVA checks Brama Audio to compare your installed version with the current public version. Public installers live on the DERIVA Downloads page.
