After purchase
Dodo Payments sends your receipt. After payment, Brama Audio sends the purchase and consent confirmation before making your DERIVA licence available. Install Brama Dock, add your licence key and choose the formats to install.
Licences, devices, and orders
Use the Dodo Payments customer portal to view licences, orders, and receipts, or to deactivate a computer you no longer have. Brama Dock remains the quickest way to install, update, or deactivate the computer you are currently using.

Refunds
We do not offer a voluntary money-back guarantee. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Before payment, we ask for your express consent to immediate supply of DERIVA and acknowledgement of losing the withdrawal right. That right ends when supply begins only if the legal requirements, including the required confirmation, are met. Rights concerning non-supply or non-conforming content remain unaffected.
Where the withdrawal right remains, EU consumers generally have 14 days from the conclusion of the purchase contract to exercise it without giving a reason. Our free 30-day trial is separate from these statutory rights.

For refund or withdrawal requests, contact Dodo Payments at support@dodopayments.com. Include enough information to identify the purchase, such as the purchase email or order number, if available. Dodo Payments processes refunds as Merchant of Record.
