Report a DERIVA bug

For a reproducible DERIVA problem, use the structured bug-report form. It accepts the sanitized diagnostic copied by the plug-in and an optional screenshot or crash report. Open the DERIVA bug report.

Licensing

One DERIVA licence can be active on up to two devices. Use Brama Dock to manage the current computer, or open the customer portal to view and deactivate any active device. Email licenses@bramaaudio.com for licence issues.

Windows WebView2

DERIVA on Windows requires WebView2 Runtime. If the interface does not open correctly, check that WebView2 Runtime is installed.
